This is why our products take a little longer to get delivered, but they are definitely worth the wait. Because it’s handmade for you, these items require 6-8 business days before they receive a tracking number.
You can expect the following delivery times to receive your items:

- CA/UK/AUS: 10-14 Days
- Rest of World: 14-20 Days

How long will it take for my package to arrive?
All of our items are custom printed and made on demand just for you. That means it takes about 3-5 business days for processing and production before the item will be shipped out. From there, it may take between 7-14 additional days for delivery.
Can I cancel my order if I change my mind?
You have 24 hours after the order is placed to cancel. After those 24 hours your order will already be in production and you will not be able to cancel or make any changes.
Can I change my shipping address?
If the order is not in production yet, you will be able to change your shipping address. Typically you will have within 24 hours after you placed the order to make any changes you need to. But if the order has already been processed unfortunately we will not be able to change your shipping address.

Do you guys provide customer support during weekends/holidays?
Normally we don’t provide support during weekends, except for urgent cases. In these cases, you only need to mark “Urgent” in your email, we will get back to you ASAP.

Orders with more than one item are assigned processing times in accordance with the item.
Prior to shipping the items, our staff will carry out a thorough inspection on the products you ordered. The majority of orders will be shipped within 48 hours. The delivery time will be between 3 and 7 working days.
Returns
The inventory is always changing, and cannot be fully controlled by us due to the involvement of multiple entities, including the factory as well as our warehouse. So the actual stock may fluctuate at any moment. Please be aware it's possible your order could run out of stocks after you place the order.
Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone without a trace since the purchase however, we're unable to give an exchange or refund.
The item you purchase must be in the original packaging and not be used. It must also be in its original packaging.
