We pride ourselves in our unique, custom made products. These items are custom printed, just for you when you place your order. This is why our products take a little longer to get delivered, but they are definitely worth the wait. Because it’s handmade for you, these items require 6-8 business days before they receive a tracking number.
You can expect the following delivery times to receive your items:
- USA: 7-10 Days
- CA/UK/AUS: 10-14 Days
- Rest of World: 14-20

I placed my order but I have not received a confirmation email yet

How long will it take for my package to arrive?
All of our items are custom printed and made on demand just for you. That means it takes about 3-5 business days for processing and production before the item will be shipped out. From there, it may take between 7-14 additional days for delivery.
Can I cancel my order if I change my mind?
You have 24 hours after the order is placed to cancel. After those 24 hours your order will already be in production and you will not be able to cancel or make any changes.
Can I change my shipping address?
If the order is not in production yet, you will be able to change your shipping address. Typically you will have within 24 hours after you placed the order to make any changes you need to. But if the order has already been processed unfortunately we will not be able to change your shipping address.

Do you guys provide customer support during weekends/holidays?
Normally we don’t provide support during weekends, except for urgent cases. In these cases, you only need to mark “Urgent” in your email, we will get back to you ASAP.

Our warehouse staff is highly trained to pack your goods exactly according to the specifications that we supply. Your items will go through an extensive inspection and be properly packaged prior to being delivered. We ship to hundreds of thousands of customers every day across different countries. The fact that we're dedicated to becoming the largest online retailer in the World is evident. These warehouses are situated in Europe in the same way as they are in the USA.
Note: Orders that contain multiple items will have a different processing period for each item.
Before shipment, all ordered items will be thoroughly examined. Most orders are shipped within 48 hours. Expected delivery times are between 3 and 7 days.
Returns
Due to multiple parties such as the factory and the warehouse, we cannot fully manage stock. The actual inventory may be changed at any time. It is possible that you will not receive your order after the order has been made.
Our policy lasts for a period of 30 days. However, if thirty days have passed from the date you purchased the item, we will not be able to provide a refund or exchange.
You are able to return a product in the event that it is not used and in the same condition the day you received it. The item must be in its original packaging.
