We pride ourselves in our unique, custom made products. These items are custom printed, just for you when you place your order. This is why our products take a little longer to get delivered, but they are definitely worth the wait. Because it’s handmade for you, these items require 6-8 business days before they receive a tracking number.
You can expect the following delivery times to receive your items:
- USA: 7-10 Days
- CA/UK/AUS: 10-14 Days
- Rest of World: 14-20

I placed my order but I have not received a confirmation email yet

How long will it take for my package to arrive?
All of our items are custom printed and made on demand just for you. That means it takes about 3-5 business days for processing and production before the item will be shipped out. From there, it may take between 7-14 additional days for delivery.
Can I cancel my order if I change my mind?
You have 24 hours after the order is placed to cancel. After those 24 hours your order will already be in production and you will not be able to cancel or make any changes.
Can I change my shipping address?
If the order is not in production yet, you will be able to change your shipping address. Typically you will have within 24 hours after you placed the order to make any changes you need to. But if the order has already been processed unfortunately we will not be able to change your shipping address.

Do you guys provide customer support during weekends/holidays?
Normally we don’t provide support during weekends, except for urgent cases. In these cases, you only need to mark “Urgent” in your email, we will get back to you ASAP.

Your products will go through an extensive inspection and will be securely secured prior to being delivered. Everyday we deliver thousands of packages to clients from all over the world. Note: Orders that contain more than one item are assigned a processing period according to the item.
Prior to shipping We will examine thoroughly the items you have ordered. Today, the majority of orders will be delivered within 48 hours. The delivery time will be between 3 and 7 working days.
Returns
We don't control the inventory in our warehouse and factory. The levels of stock can change at any time. You may not receive your order once it has been placed.
Our policy is valid for 30 days. If you have passed 30 days without a trace since the purchase however, we're unable to give you a return or exchange.
Your item should be in the original packaging and in good condition. It must also not be used. It must also be returned in the original packaging.
